Ho pensato che sarebbe giĆ  un ottimo risultato per un'azienda se tutti i dipendenti facessero il lavoro per cui sono pagati e che quindi non vedevo il problema ma vedendolo abbattuto gli ho chiesto se forse dedicando tempo a cose extra non avesse trascurato il vero lavoro.
