Condivido pienamente le priorità di questo bilancio costruito sui pilastri del Sociale, dell'Istruzione e con riferimenti importanti, per quanto di competenza del Comune, alla Sanità. Materia quest'ultima che, pur nel rispetto delle competenze dirette dell'Azienda sanitaria provinciale, vedrà in futuro, sempre più attenzione e contributi, di idee e stimolo, da parte di questo consiglio comunale, oltre che della Giunta, si tratti di materia relative all'ospedale o all'organizzazione territoriale dei servizi Sono certo che il passaggio di molte competenze all'Unione Terre D'Argine non toglierà a questo consiglio capacità e sensibilità di influenzare le politiche che ci riguardano, in questo ambito e altri.
Sono tempi difficili per la Finanza locale e il fatto che i tagli imposti per quest'anno dai provvedimenti del Governo, per il nostro Comune, si siano rivelati meno pesanti di quanto si temeva nei mesi scorsi, non significa che prima l'amministrazione abbia gridato a vanvera “al lupo al lupo”. Mi pare invece che con responsabilità e serietà abbia preso in considerazione vari scenari, abbia fatto i conti con quelli che erano i dati di volta in volta disponibili e abbia definito i programmi sulla base di questi.

Possibilità che le funzioni statistiche di enti, imprese e organizzazioni in genere, certo consentirebbero, per incrementare la disponibilità di indicatori oggettivi, da affian agli altri tecnici e politici, sulla base dei quali assumere le decisioni.

Mi piacerebbe acquistare un telefonino Android, per sostituire il mio malridotto Motorola ( ereditato dal papà ), ma per il momento costano ancora troppo. Si stanno affacciando sul mercato alcune soluzioni più economiche, ma spesso sono difficili da reperire e/o di marche sconosciute, quindi preferisco aspettare un altro po' e tenermi informato in merito.

Il regalo più bello, sarebbe trovare un appartamento decente, ma nell'ultimo periodo, devo dire la verità, mi sono dato gran poco da fare, sia per pigrizia, sia perchè non ho trovato niente di interessante nelle inserzioni. Nel frattempo, ad inizio gennaio mi verrà assegnata una stanza nuova qui allo studentato, nell'ala che è stata ristrutturata negli ultimi sei mesi. Queste stanze nuove hanno la cucina all'interno, cosa che per alcuni aspetti è positiva, ma per altri un po' meno. Peccato che per farci stare la cucina, abbiano rimpicciolito ulteriormente il bagno, ed optato per una soluzione che odio: doccia con la tenda! Mah, vedremo... Quando mi trasferirò posterò alcune foto della stanza nuova.

Nel frattempo, vi consiglio un altro film che ho visto l'altra sera, e che ho trovato parecchio divertente: Benvenuti al Sud , con Claudio Bisio. E' la storia di un Milanese "convinto" che, per lavoro, è costretto a passare due anni in un paese in provincia di Napoli. Diverse scene fanno veramente ridere, ma visto nell'insieme, il film mi ha fatto anche un po' pensare.

Passato il disorientamento, però, ci si rende conto che il film è molto godibile ed originale. Anche il tipo di comicità non è quello a cui siamo abituati, ma funziona alla grande.
