I do not understand is why it is difficult or if it is because here in Austria at the young people do not like computers. In any case, this is a temporary number, as for Austrian nationals and EC have time until early October to register and saw that I will become at least 13.
The other curious thing is the annual subscription to "Media and Communications, which in theory is a fairly easy option and (so far) one of the most popular here in Klagenfurt. New students are scared to set the entrance exam this year, and 180 people have submitted 100 such persons, against more than 300 students last year.
psychology also has limited places, to prevent the invasion of students blockheads who want to have an easy life, invasion and in some years has brought the number of subscribers to more than 2,500. I want to clarify that I have the utmost respect for those who seriously study psychology, among which one of my cousin's wife and a friend of mine, but I resent the fact that people face as a study 'second best'. Here in Klagenfurt arrived every year several students from Germany, as in Germany have been in place for some time the entry test for this possibility, so all that which is not passed, they were here. I also met a couple of people in Graz, have moved to Klagenfurt here because it's easier, although there is also psychology in Graz, and moreover, would be a degree more "prestigious" (The Institute of Medicine of Graz has an excellent reputation).
For the rest, there are no big news. Today I went to see another apartment, but did not convince me either. It was kept very well, but badly placed. The entrance was great, even the bathroom (divided into two rooms, one with toilet and one with tub and sink, which is sold as a valuable real estate in Austria, but I'm uncomfortable even if it has a certain utility) and the other room was a kitchen-living room bedroom. I look for something that is necessarily the kitchen, and windows.
During the weekend, weather permitting, I'll do a tour of the castle Finkenstein, south of the Faaker See, about thirty miles from here. There have been a couple of years ago with a friend in Austria (see this post ). It 's a very beautiful place, where you can sip a drink with a wonderful view over the lake and its surroundings and it also boasts the presence of an outdoor amphitheater where summer concerts are, cabaret, small theatrical performances. I leave you with a couple of photos.
