I owe you some explanation: Why
'CLIENTEPOTENTE? Clientepotente 'cause nowadays the customer and' powerful. Look around! How much choice do we have? Today I finished the detergent for washing machine, live in Florence North and South, I was in Florence, before you get tired of counting I found something like 52 opportunity 'to buy it. Eventually I stopped at the second last chance ', the Carrefour Calenzano. Damn those cleaners! Did not remember 'what I got last time I had liked so much and with all quell'assortimento there' was no way of recognizing 'I've got one that inspired me. Of course I have a lot to Carrefour detergents. We like to Esselunga Gavinana (FI SUD), the shopping center "I Gigli Campi Bisenzio not counting all Conad and Despar and individuals. Then I go to pay (I got a bag of apples, pears a tape) and I and 'success as follows: there

and finally 'my turn, I greet the cashier she did not greet me having yet another stupid comment of Patrick, tells me that if I want to find an envelope at the bottom and I would say that I do not need (I am a fervent environmentalist) so 'she replied that it only costs 0.05!; asks me if I'm looking at the card with nostalgia the good old days now that my colleague, sort boxes away (I have not yet established a eye contact), decides to support the rest of 8 cents (one piece 5 and 3 in 1), ignoring my hand waiting in the air, on metal floor making me regret not having a magnet to retrieve it, not happy with me covering the spending of the next customer. (Carrefour owes me a dime that I could not take).
Now according to you, if I chose back in the supermarket? Now, in your opinion, who's' powerful? The company or the client?
I hope this blog to share my views but I would be even more 'happy to gather ideas, suggestions, reviews about positive experiences (eg, plumbers, dentists, restaurants, etc..) That can serve different kinds of users: dall'appassionato of Marketing and 'always looking for ideas to clientepotente who likes to vent to and from the customer that' looking for some advice riguardo quale idraulico servirsi al ristoratore in cerca di qualche idea per innovare la propria attivita'. Insomma , siamo tutti clientipotenti! Alziamo la voce!
