A Modena si parla di Stati Generali, a Carpi sento spesso parlare, in Consiglio comunale e nelle riunioni del Pd, di co-progettazione. Personalmente preferisco quest’ultimo termine. Nessuno mette in discussione il diritto-dovere delle Giunta di amministrare e di avere l’ultima parola, per quanto le compete, nelle decisioni che riguardano la comunità locale.
