July eventful

Here in the area, July is definitely the most eventful months of the year.
It seems that the various institutions and agencies to agree to organize more events as possible in a few weeks. A lot I will unfortunately not possible to attend because of work, but others certainly will not give up, strengthened by the fact that next week I'm back on vacation.

The first, because for me is the most important, the most essential, pure tradition, is the Fete Blanche. Those who follow the blog from the opening, he already knows what it is, as I talked about it extensively, both in 2008, during the summer that I moved to Austria (in this and this post) and last year first year in which they actually lived here (in this post).
For this year, all the preparations were held as usual: I booked the hostel to sleep in Velden from the beginning of March and my friends and my brother have already arranged to rent a mini-van for the trip and any spostamenti.

The second event, in order of importance, is surely the Beach Volleyball Grand Slam, one of the most important beach volleyball tournaments in Europe which will take place here in Klagenfurt between July 27 and August 1. Also do not miss this event for several years (since 2005 to be exact) and this year I will not miss the chance to see the work of the athletes who will perform at the highest level in six camps set up for the occasion. The most interesting thing for me is to see the qualifications, as camps are held in "normal" where you can really feel a few meters from the players, and have an idea less "TV" than they do. Sure, the atmosphere of the central field, with thousand of spectators (it seems to me that the structure takes 10,000 people, but I'm not sure), loud music, big screens and scantily clad dancing girls and quite another, and be tested for strength. Too bad that during the final stages of the plant is not very large, and for gaining a place we must go there at least an hour before the game. Last year, I saw a TV in the semifinals and finals on a giant screen set up on the beach.

Having said this, one thing seems almost trivial, but all of us who have been told about me very well. Last year I and my friends have tried to go, but we gave up because of the queue entry that there was mileage. This year I'll make a sacrifice and get in to see what the situation.

Meanwhile, last Friday (I was in Italy) I missed the concert of Jeff Beck, one of the most influential guitarists of the century. I was convinced it was in early August.

last thing I wanted to buy shoes in Italy, and of which I posted a few photos before leave, I let them stay as comfortable and even though they were originals, the sole was too thin, a feature that I never went to genius.
To make my, yesterday I went from Voegele Schuhe, to look at the stuff on sale.
Initially I tried a pair of black Adidas very nice (although I already have two pairs) but they were uncomfortable, then I folded up a pair of white Nike Air fit me perfectly and I paid the beauty of 20 € ( 29 with 30% discount, original price 65).
