Meanwhile I wish you a Happy New Year to all readers of the blog, though in obvious delay.
Here the student residence where I live, as you may have guessed from the title, it's time to removal, as did the renovation of the south wing of the building and all tenants have been given a new room (I spoke of the work and the previous move in this post last year).
"New" not only because it changed the room number or floor, but because it is brand new, completely refurbished and never occupied by anyone before me.
Mi è stata assegnata una stanza al terzo piano ( ho sempre abitato al secondo, prima ), alla fine del tratto sud, vicino alla terrazza. Sono stato anche fortunato, in quanto è un po' più grande rispetto a quelle di altri. E' parecchio diversa dalla stanza vecchia, e presenta numerosi aspetti positivi, ma, purtroppo, anche negativi.
La differenza più noteovole, è il fatto che è stata inserita una piccola cucina dentro ad ogni stanza ( quindi non ci sono più le cucine condivise che verranno trasformate in cosiddette Club-Raum, sono curioso di vedere in cosa consistono ), con due fornelli ed un lavello, ai quali ho immediatamente aggiunto un fornetto elettrico per fare le pizze surgelate et simila. Gli altri fattori positivi rispetto alle sistemazioni vecchie sono il pavimento di parquet anzichè di moquette, il letto più grande ( una misura non-standard, compresa tra una piazza ed una piazza e mezza ), il riscaldamento che funziona molto meglio, la presenza di due tavoli anzichè uno ( tavolo da "studio" e tavolo per mangiare ) ed un armadio migliore, con gli spazi organizzati in maniera più intelligente.
L'altro miglioramento, l'ho avuto per quanto riguarda la vista: ora la mia stanza dà sul parco e sul campo d'allenamento della scuola qui di fronte, ed essendo un piano più in alto di prima, è ancora migliore.
Purtroppo, ci sono anche dei fattori negativi, e, mi spiace dirlo, are certainly not recently.

Who is the blockhead who has a house on the tap with the sensor? Makes sense in a public place, where you want to keep people from touching the taps, but here I only touch them. Among other things, is an absurd inconvenience, and I'm sure it will break in 2-3 months. Two other negative factors are the absence of the bedside table (quickly resolved by bringing one old rooms) and the size of the library, which is half of the previous one. I do not have a lot of things, but I immediately filled. I hate to think how will those people who have lots of books e DVD. Lo so che una libreria scarsa costa 15-20 euro, ma è anche vero che in teoria questo è un alloggio per studenti, e gli studenti hanno tanti libri e roba simile, quindi credo che ci dovessero pensare i gestori, come avevano fatto 40 anni fa nelle stanze precedenti, e come hanno fatto in tutti gli altri studentati di Klagenfurt.
L'ultimo fattore negativo degno di nota, è la sostituzione delle venziane, che a me piacevano parecchio e che trovo molto comode, con delle dozzinali tende rosse, più che discutibili.
Un'altra novità che per me è negativa, ma mi rendo conto che oggettivamente non lo è, è il divieto assoluto di fumare in tutti i locali dello studentato, cosa che ha dato fastidio a parecchi, compreso il sottoscritto. Per fortuna che, come già detto, la mia stanza è vicina alla terrazza, quindi in qualche modo mi arrangio.
Avrei voluto postare già oggi qualche foto, ma sto ancora sistemando la camera, quindi ho preferito aspettare che sia a posto ( negli ultimi tre giorni, era veramente una vergogna ) prima di farvela vedere. Metterò alcune foto domani o martedì.
