Making yogurt is easy, inexpensive and fast.
All you need is a yogurt maker that is in stores on 10/15 €, of lactic acid bacteria or jar of plain yogurt, and milk. There are
yogurt liter or even the comfortable, like I have, which allow you to make yogurt already 'portions, then when ready, we have to close the jars and refrigerate.
At first I tried to do with lactic available over the counter but remained quite liquid, with a plain yogurt instead of trying the result was waaay more 'creamy.
Just take a jar of 125 of your favorite yogurt and put a spoon in each jar, then add milk to fill and mix well. To do it again next time is comfortable to hold the last home-made jar and repeat the procedure.
The nice thing about yogurt is that in becoming you can 'use whole milk or skimmed milk, soy milk and everything' you want and then you have the opportunity 'to create a new flavor every day.
