QUESTION ON WORK IN CARPI
E 'another face of the difficult economic situation that is felt in Carpi seriously for families and businesses. The "return" of illegal work in the city in various ways, in ways that involve citizens are not immigrants, but also that many Italians prefer precariousness or "black" rather than remain unemployed completamnente with mortgages and bills to pay, I asked the administration City which information have their own point of view. Of course with the knowledge that there are no direct levers of local government in this area and that the less one has to accept this phenomenon as a "lesser evil" in difficult times like these. The issue I think deserves attention, not only because this topic has also dedicated a specific "Corriere della sera" but mostly because we hear about more and more of our fellow citizens and it is good to know that at the City Council does not lack Awareness of these aspects.
Here is the text of question to which I will be answered by the Administration in the coming weeks. And I will publish on this blog of notes.

the undersigned adviser, based on newspaper articles and various private conversations growing concerns as they arise in the territory for the strong recovery of the phenomenon of illegal work intensified by economic crisis and on people of all ages, especially young women and
Ask the Town Council to ask if
Administration appear that the increase in cases of illegal employment indicators based on official and unofficial estimates to assess whether there
direct and indirect economic damage that this situation of growing lawlessness would result if confirmed
If there are forms taken or to be activated, there is cooperation between local government and social organizations or other institutions in that area or to counter the emergence of these forms of widespread illegality, not acceptable and that would involve growing segments of the population, residents, not just Italians.
With best regards.

ANALISI TERRITORIALE

While the least affected provinces are located in the North and the Centre, headed by Bolzano, followed by Reggio Emilia, Parma, Prato, Milan, Florence, Mantua, Rimini, Rome and Ferrara. To compile these rankings, Confartigianato ordered each province according to three parameters: the intensity of tax evasion rate of over 55 activities and illegal labor.
THE RATE OF POPULATION ACTIVITIES
The activity rate of population is one of the indicators taken as a reference in the survey, as the first sign of threat of unfair competition from submerged. The threat comes, according to Confartigianato, the strong increase of adults and school-age or retirement age, leaving the labor market
from March 2008 to March 2010, according to the survey come out of the workforce 338mila adults, men and 178mila 160 thousand women. The majority of these units reside in the South (230 thousand persons) of which 143,000 males and 87,000 females. Subjects

The economic crisis of the last two years has changed the picture that shows an overall reduction in employment of 660mila units, with a significant reduction in regular work (-668mila units), accompanied by a slight increase in irregular employment (+ 8 thousand units). The different dynamics of non-regular and regular employment has led to a modest growth rate irregularities 11 past, 9% in 2008 to 12.2% in 2009.
Even locally the ongoing crisis may have activated the phenomena of illegal working.
3 - there are ways to activate or start of collaboration between local government and social organizations or other institutions in that area or to counter the emergence of these forms of widespread lawlessness is not acceptable that would involve increasing age of the Italian population and not just .
